GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. (Introduction) These terms and conditions govern the use of the tourist services booking site serenissimatour.it, a website owned by Serenissima Motoscafi S.r.l. (P.I. 04351870276), prepared with the purpose of assisting the user in the search for information and purchases related to tourist services, organized by Serevé Viaggi e Turismo (Authorization Metropolitan City of Venice N. 100384 of 29.12.2011) and carried out in the Lagoon of Venice and not, check their availability, schedules, costs, as well as to allow their purchase where available. Throughout this document (hereinafter also the “Terms”) the terms “we” and “our” refer to Serenissima Motoscafi S.r.l. The term “User” (or in the plural “Users”) means any person who accesses and/or uses the Site, with or without the permission of Serenissima Motoscafi S.r.l.
2. (Acceptance of Terms) By accessing the site, browsing and/or acquiring its content and/or services, the User accepts and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions as well as our privacy policy. Any further use of the website or any part of it means that the User has read and understood the terms and conditions and privacy policy and agrees to be bound by them. In the event that the User does not agree to even one of these conditions (or additional rules, instructions, requirements etc. on the site), the User will not be allowed to access and use the site. Serenissima Motoscafi S.r.l. may modify these conditions at any time and with immediate effect. In case of changes the same shall apply from the date of their publication on the site. Serenissima Motoscafi S.r.l. expects users to regularly check this section to be aware of the updated and applicable version of the conditions. Any further use of the website subsequent to a change shall amount to users’ consent to the same change. Serenissima Motoscafi S.r.l. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny access to this site and the services offered herein to anyone, at any time and for any reason.
3. (Subject Matter) The services, programs offered and lent are those regulated by these conditions.
4.(Prices) The price of the service (or package) shall be stated in the offer. Prices include, if expressly stated, transportation, guide or escort services, entrance fees, and statutory taxes. Prices do not include personal extras and all items not expressly stated. Serenissima Motoscafi S.r.l., through Serenissima Tour, Serevé Viaggi e Turismo, reserves the right to change the price or schedule of its tours at any time.
5. (Cancellation) Cancellation procedures are specified in each service. Where not specified, the following provisions apply:
– Cancellation is free of charge exclusively up to 24 hours before the booked date/time. Please send an email to: info@serenissimatour.it.
– Failure to cancel the reservation within the indicated timeframe or failure to show up at the check-in/boarding on the selected date and time, implies a charge of 100% of the price of the reserved services to the same payment method used during the booking, and the cancellation of the voucher.
For cancellations resulting directly or indirectly from events beyond the control of Serenissima Motoscafi S.r.l., the User will be reimbursed.
6. (Liability of the organizer) The liability of Serenissima Motoscafi S.r.l. to the User for any damages caused by the failure or improper performance of obligations undertaken is governed by Italian and EU law, where directly applicable. Any intermediary (operator/vendor) who makes reservations using the site www.serenissimatour.it has no responsibility for the organization of services and is liable only as an intermediary. Serenissima Motoscafi S.r.l. shall have no liability for failures caused by the User, for the User’s negligence or for force majeure.
7.(Insurance). Serenissima Motoscafi S.r.l. is insured, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 209 of 7.9.2005, with Reale Mutua Assicurazioni S.p.A., policy No. 2021/03/2432191.
8. (Guarantees) All information on this site has been checked, however: a) may be subject to change without notice for reasons of technological and commercial updates; b) may contain inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. In particular, Serenissima Motoscafi S.r.l. does not warrant: a) its liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information and descriptions
